Series production was carried out for machine frames in multiple sizes, covering the entire manufacturing process from material cutting and drilling through to complete assembly, welding, and final delivery. A key requirement was a high-quality, aesthetically refined finish, as the finished products received a striking, high-gloss red paint coating. The project highlighted MetriSteel’s precision manufacturing processes and capabilities in series production.
The structure was manufactured based on the technical drawings and documentation provided by the client. Throughout the entire manufacturing process — including cutting, bending, drilling, machining, assembly, and welding — particular emphasis was placed on precise fit and robust construction. Prior to delivery, we also carried out a trial assembly to verify the functionality of the structure and ensure the highest quality standards. The project is a strong example of MetriSteel’s expertise in custom manufacturing and its customer-focused approach.
For this project, we manufactured a range of building-integrated steel structures based on the client’s designs, including a fire escape ladder, a supporting structure for a glass balustrade, and a support frame for HVAC equipment. Following the cutting, assembly, and welding of the components, hot-dip galvanizing was applied to provide long-lasting corrosion protection. The project was completed with on-site installation. This project demonstrates MetriSteel’s ability to deliver complex, functional, and durable building structures.
